Terms of employment are better at workplaces that have a shop steward.
This is why it is important that this year as many workplaces as possible in the Industrial Union’s agreement sectors elect a shop steward to represent them.

The best way for employees to represent their interests is to get involved and work together. A shop steward needs the support of active employees and a strong membership – the support of the whole group.
