The new collective agreement for direct mail delivery has been approved

The new collective agreement replaces the collective agreement signed between the parties for the period from 1 March 2023 to 28 February 2025 as of 1 March 2025. This agreement is valid from 1 March 2025 to 29 February 2028.

Wage increases

1 July 2025

• Wages will be increased by 2.5%
• The minimum hourly wage will be increased to 8.32 euros.

1 June 2026

• Wages will be increased by 2.9%
• The minimum hourly wage will be increased to 8.56 euros.

1 June 2027

• Wages will be increased by 2.4%
• The minimum hourly wage will be increased to 8.77 euros.
