The Industrial Union sends text messages – please reply to the message!

The Industrial Union sends two‑way text messages to its members regarding the updating of membership information. The messages are sent from the number 045 739 90500. It is not possible to call this number.

The messages use the identifier TEO. This identifier must also be included in your reply. Start your message by writing TEO in capital letters, followed by your response. Without the TEO identifier, your reply will not be delivered.

Text messages are sent, among other reasons, to keep membership information up to date and to remind members about membership fees. Correct contact details in the membership register ensure that the union’s services, announcements and information on member benefits reach members on time and that the membership remains valid.

It is therefore safe to reply to the message. Please note that the Industrial Union never asks for bank codes, passwords or other sensitive information via text message.
