Membership benefits for your summer holiday

The summer holiday season is around the corner, and many of you are already making holiday plans for yourselves and your families. As a member of the Industrial Union, you are entitled to a number of worthwhile benefits.

Among other things, Industrial Union members can rent a wide array of holiday accommodations across Finland. In addition to many different types of timeshare destinations, there are also the union’s own destinations Ruka-Ihtinki, Ängesholm, Pankkotupa and Tuunaantupa in Punkaharju and Puusärkkä in Kalajoki.

Cruise lines also have offers and discounts for Industrial Union members. For example, Industrial Union members can join Tallink Silja’s Club One loyalty programme for free and immediately reach the Silver level. One of the Silver level benefits is receiving an up to 20 percent discount off certain regular priced products. Viking Line and Eckerö Line also offer discount cruises to Industrial Union members.

Many hotels and spas offer discounts to our members. GreenStar Hotels offers Industrial Union members a discount on their already affordable prices for both work and leisure. The wonderful Murikanranta Conference Hotel, located in Terälahti, Tampere, gives you a €20 membership discount per room and night.

Are you planning a road trip, or do you just need an affordable summer car? If these are your plans, the Industrial Union has you covered. Industrial Union members can use Hertz’s car rental benefits both in Finland and abroad. In Finland the reduced prices include unlimited mileage as well as collision damage waiver (CDW) and theft protection (TP) with a 980 euro deductible. Membership card holders get a fuel discount at St1 and Shell gas stations across Finland.
